Rangers game: first attempt.

Gerret, Sarah, Sean, and I had been planning to go to a Ranger's game the last week of September.  My little brother, Chris, came in town that same weekend so we thought we would get him a cheap ticket and have him join in on the fun.  Little did we know the best part of the night would be the car ride out to the baseball park.  Epic. Fail.

We got out to Arlington, and it was POURING RAIN.  The entire day we were nervous the game would be rained out, but we kept checking...and the game was still on.  So we made the hour+ drive, just to stand in the rain, get soaked, and tried to kill time eating a really expensive hamburger.

Not our funnest trip out to a Ranger's game....

Just some drunk people completely clueless of the fact that we're Mormon.  They kept asking us why we didn't want the free shots they were giving out...

 Good times.

Boo...

Loving the frizzy hair and the shiny face, ohhhhh memories.

When all else fails...just start taking pictures...aka, make the boys hate me even more.

Daniel couldn't come to the game because he had to work...lucky for him, all he missed was a crowded car ride. :)

Even though it stunk driving so much, getting soaked, and wasting time...at least we were in good company!  Sarah and I had picked out the game months in advance, so we had no idea what the weather would be like.  Lesson to be learned: sometimes procrastination is the way to go...at least for baseball games. :)
